Shipping policy

ZIWO Sports ships across Canada from our facility in Kanata, Ontario.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Shipping options and rates

We offer two flat-rate options anywhere in Canada:

• Standard: $20.00 CAD, 5-8 business days
• Express: $35.00 CAD, 1-2 business days

Both rates are shown at checkout before payment. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order ships.

Delays

Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume and remote delivery areas may add time.
